After various conversations with Street Stock drivers, it has been brought to our attention that the other Florida race tracks are allowing the Nesmith Open motor option to continue this season.  We were under the assumption that this was not going to be the case, but in our continued effort to have all tracks in Florida have common motor rules, we are going to allow the NeSmith Open motor as an option as well for the 2018 East Bay Raceway Park season.  The weight for this option will be 3200 lbs. just as the other tracks are running it.  This change is in effect immediately.  The rules on the website will be changed to reflect this.
